The shingles we provide come in a variety of styles, warranties and colors. Our shingle warranties range from 25 yr shingle to a Lifetime Shingle. Since we are recognized by Certainteed as being one of their preferred installers we can offer an upgraded Non Prorated Warranty backed by the manufacture that range from 20 yrs to 50 yrs. Yes that is non prorated, meaning that you will never have to worry about your roof for 20 to 50 years because if the shingle show any signs of defection the manufacture will cover the cost of replacing them. We also supply cedar shake and metal roofs.
