We understand there are many companies to choose from and choosing the right company may be difficult. Before you sign a contract, whether it be with us or one of our competitors, please be sure to ask the following 5 questions to ensure a stress free installation.

1)
References, please. Ask for references and check them. This is the most important question to ask. Don't be afraid to take a drive and look at the work that was done. click here to read our client testimonials

2.) Do you sub out your work? Anyone and everyone at your home during the project will be an employee of M&M Roofing & Exteriors. Not only are employees present on the job but an owner of the company is always present performing the work to ensure our quality remains consistent and that you are always provided with a thorough job. Issues that may arise when companies sub out work, is that you will never know who will be performing the work and the quality is never consistent. This will again raise the questions, "to which company are they subbing their work? Is that company insured? Do they have references? Who will be liable if an issue were to arise? Will the company assume responsibility for any problems or try and push the onus to the subcontractor?"

3.) Are you insured ? M&M Roofing & Exteriors carries Worker's Compensation and liability insurance specific to the Roofing trade. Protect yourself! Roofers that do not carry insurance or the proper insurance (specific to roofing) leave you exposed should an accident occur at your home. Ask for proof. Get a copy of their insurance and then call the insurer to confirm. This extra 5 minutes of work on your part could save you thousands of dollars in the long run.

4.) Do you have any certifications from major manufacturers? M&M Roofing & Exteriors has SELECT ShingleMaster credential from CertainTeed. This credential allows us to provide a warranty backed by the manufacturer that surpasses its competition.

5.) Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau? M&M Roofing & Exteriors is an A+ member and we have nothing but positive feedback. We feel that checking memberís evaluation with the BBB is very important especially within the trades industry. Today there are many television shows dedicated to exposing poor workmanship and untrustworthy contractors. This serves as further evidence of the numerous companies who continue to operate despite problems with product and workmanship reliability.
